Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product isn't used or damaged.
- Product isn't disassembled or parted.
- Product should be returned in the same condition as it was received by the buyer.
- dmv jdm depot is not responsible for any expenses involved in the applications of our products (Shipping, Labor, Transport, etc.).
- All refused/returned orders will be charged 20% of the item amount for restocking fee plus all original and return freight charges back to our warehouse, no exceptions.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
